Baby blues is the most common feeling amongst new moms, but in some cases, it is more serious than that.  It can happen to anyone.  Postpartum depression strikes and when it does there is nothing shameful about it.  It is not signs of weakness.  It is not signs that you are an unfit mother.  It is not signs of regret.  This blog post is a brave mom sharing her story.  A common story.  Because what you feel is common and there are ways to overcome.
