For return or exchange inquiries, please contact us and not the manufacturer unless further instructed by a member of our team. All returns are subject to review.
We do not accept returns for a refund on items included in a bundle. The products in the bundle are carefully selected for the recipient to discover something new in hopes that they will enjoy the products as much as we do. We do however understand that for articles of clothing, we want our customers to be comfortable. If a clothing item received does not fit well, we will try our best to make an exchange and accommodate a new size if available.
To exchange an article of clothing for a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request will be reviewed and once approved, you will be instructed to send your item(s) to Momology Co, Attn: Returns, 448 W 19th St #554, Houston, Texas 77008. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to receive a full refund or credit, all items of the bundle must be returned in new and unused condition with tags attached. We are not able to make partial returns unless there is a manufacturer defect with a certain product. In this case, you will receive an exchange on that particular item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For any exchanges due to defects or sizing, shipping will be free of charge. A label will be sent to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
