Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES
Momology Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 448 W 19th St #554 Houston Texas US 77008

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For any exchanges due to defects or sizing, shipping will be free of charge. A return shipping label will be sent to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
